Les éditions 1 : 1 sont une structure associative à but non lucratif qui s’est spécialisée dans le champ de l’histoire de l’art.

La collection « ars », dirigée par Giovanni Careri (EHESS) & Frédéric Cousinié (Université de Rouen-Normandie), publie des essais ou des ouvrages collectifs concernant principalement la période moderne (XVe-XVIIIe siècle).

Les ouvrages, édités avec le soutien régulier du Centre national du Livre et d’institutions universitaires, sont diffusés directement dans un réseau de près de 80 librairies en France.

Maquettes et illustrations sont élaborées par les soins d’Antonio Domenech, artiste et graphiste, et imprimés en Espagne (Valencia).
